Recently Japanese NTT DoCoMo mobile operator announced some new device that will became available in its shops this summer. NEC N08B is hybrid of smartphone and smartbook running on Windows CE operating system. It supports third generation networks and has full QWERTY keyboard, 4.6 inch screen with 854x480 px resolution, 3.1 Mp camera, 0.3 Mp camera for video calls, Wi-Fi, microSD external memory card slot, 1Seg TV tuner. Another remarkable feature is that this device can be used as Wi-Fi hotspot for another four devices.

Gigabyte GSmart S1200
Recently Gigabyte unveiled its new mobile device – GSmart S1200. It is positioned as one of the most compact present-day WinMo communicator with WVGA display (480 x 800 px resolution). The screen also has 3.1 inch diagonal and supports 65K colors. As for other characteristics Gigabyte GSmart S1200 also features Qualcomm MSM7200A platform with 528 MHz CPU, 3 Mp camera with autofocus, 0.3 Mp front camera for video calls, microSD external memory card slot (up to 8GB), 512 MB ROM, 288 Mb RAM, FM radio, GPS and Wi-Fi modules. This device measures 106x52x11.4 mm and weights 102.5g (with 1010 mAh battery). The operating system is Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional. Kempler & Strauss house company has just announced its new affordable communicator - Kempler & Strauss Billionair 6. This nice looking device supports third generation networks standards and runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system which is added with new user interface. As for technical characteristics this coming communicator has ARM 624 MHz CPU, 2.8 inch TFT touch screen with 240x320 px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera, microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi and GPS modules. The price of Kempler & Strauss Billionair 6 is $260.

Samsung i329
Korean Samsung company is ready to introduce its new smartphone – Samsung i329. This device supports CDMA network standards and will first become available in China. The operating system is Windows Mobile 6.1. It is known that this coming phone will have 3 inch touch screen with 240x400 px resolution, 512 Mb built in memory, Qualcomm QSC6975, microSD/HC memory card slot (up to 32 Gb).

Samsung Omnia II
Samsung Omnia II which is also known as Samsung I8000 is one of devices announced by Samsung recently. This phone features 3.7 inch AMOLED touch screen which covers almost all front surface of the device. The operating system is Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional but it can be updated to Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional in future. Another remarkable feature is pre-installed TouchWiz 2.0 user interface. Other characteristics are Samsung ARM1176 S3C6410 667 MHz CPU, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and flash, 0.3 Mp additional camera for video calls, 140 Mb RAM, 8 Gb ROM, microSD memory card slot (up to 32 Gb), Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and 3.5 mm audio jack. Supported network standards are GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, UMTS 2100 MHz. Unfortunately there is no any information about release date and price.
