Coming Samsung SGH-t528g is not a smartphone but has quite impressive functionality. It is based on proprietary platform with TouchWiz 2.0 user interface. Sweety SoftBank 003P smartphone

Recently Panasonic announced its new mobile device that will be sold by Japanese SoftBank Mobile cell operator. Sweety SoftBank 003P is a smartphone designed especially for ladies. Gigabyte GSmart Rola Dual-SIM smartphone

This smartphone has not been officially announced yet but some source have already published its pics and list of specifications. The main feature of Gigabyte GSmart Rola is Dual-SIM function support. In other respects it is quite typical entry-level smartphone. Gigabyte GSmart Rola is powered by Google’s Android 2.2 Froyo and is equipped with 528MHz processor, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, 3.2-inch resistive touch screen with 240x400px resolution, MicroSD external memory card slot, 3MP camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, accelerometer, compass, FM radio, 1260mAh battery. Gigabyte GSmart Rola will become available in the beginning of 2011 and will cost about EUR175.

T-Mobile Vibe E200 cheap QWERTY phone

British T-Mobile operator has just announced its new affordable device. The producer of this device is Chinese ZTE Corporation but it will be sold as T-Mobile Vibe E200. It is a horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. The device supports GSM/GPRS network standards and is equipped with 2.8-inch capacitive touch screen with 240x400px resolution, 2MP camera, MicroSD external memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. There is a pre-installed media player that supports such extensions as MP3, AMR, WAV, iMelody, Midi, AWB, M4A, MP4 and 3GP. The dimensions of the device are 108.6x53.0x14.6mm. T-Mobile Vibe E200 will become available in next few days and will cost just £39.99 (about $65).

Toshiba Regza IS04

Japanese KDDI mobile operator has just announced new line of mobile devices that will become available in its shops in next few weeks. One of these gadgets is Toshiba Regza IS04. The main feature of this smartphone running on Google Android 2.1 Éclair is 12MP camera with LED flash. Other specifications are usual for high-end smartphones – 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 4-inch capacitive touch screen with 480x854px resolution, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, MicroSD external memory card slot. Toshiba Regza IS04 will be launched in December. It is also expected that European version of this mobile device will become available some months later after Japanese release. No word about pricing.

Samsung S8530 Wave II

Samsung has just announced an heir of its ‘flagship’ Bada-smartphone – Samsung S8530 Wave II. There is no much difference between this device and the first Wave phone – 3.7 inch Super LCD capacitive touch screen with 800x480px resolution instead of 3.3 inch Super AMOLED display. There are also some changes in device’s software. Other specifications are the same – 1GHz processor, 5Mp camera with LED flash and HD video recording support, 2GB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, 3.5mm headphones jack, 1500 mAh battery. Samsung S8530 Wave II will become available in Europe in November and will cost EUR430.

LG XOXO touchphone

LG has just officially announced its new mobile phone. The main feature of this device is its display that is said to be as good as iPhone’s Retina ones. This screen has 3.8 inch diagonal and supports 1024x480px resolution and a quick math shows that the screen’s pixels per inch (PPI) comes to around 298, which is not as good as the iPhone 4’s Retina Display but better than most smartphones in the market. Other specifications of LG XOXO include 5MP camera with flash and HD video (720p) recording support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MicroSD external memory card slot. At first this device will become available only in South Korea. But in near future in will become available in other countries.

LG GT550 Encore

LG GT550 Encore is a new mobile phone that has just become available in AT&T shops. It costs $50 with two-year contract. It is middle-class touchphone with not bad set of functions. LG Encore supports third generation networks and is equipped with 3 inch touch screen with 240x400px resolution and 262K colors, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, GPS module, 32MB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot (up to 16GB). The battery has 950mAh capacity and provides about 3 hour of talk time or 10 days of idle. The dimensions are 105.9x53.3x111.9mm, the weight is 105g.

Coming T-Mobile G2 Android slider

It is expected that soon T-Mobile will announce a heir of G1 smartphone. T-Mobile G2 is also produced by HTC and will be also sold as HTC Desire Z. As its predecessor this smartphone is horizontal slider with QWERTY keyboard. But the list of specification differs. T-Mobile G2 is powered by Google’s Android operating system and has 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 3.7 inch AMOLED capacitive touch screen with 480x800px resolution, MicroSD external memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS with A-GPS support, accelerometer, 3.5mm headphones jack. T-Mobile G2 will be launched on September, 29.

This mobile device will first be available in China. The main feature of Samsung W609 is that it supports both GSM and CDMA networks. In other respects it is typical entry-level present-day touchphone. This mobile phone has 3.2 inch touch screen with 240x420px resolution, 3.2 Mp camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 60 Mb internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot (up to 16 GB). The list of pre-installed applications includes dictionary and special app to work with MS Office docs. No word about exact release date and price.

Samsung has just announced new Galaxy series device. Unfortunately at first Samsung i909 communicator will be available only in China. In other countries it will be released some weeks later. This device is equipped with 4 inch display with WVGA resolution, GPS module, Bluetooth 3.0, 5 Mp camera, 16 GB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot. The operating system is Google’s Android 2.1. The dimensions are 123х64.2х10.8mm, the weight is 121g.

Samsung Intercept Android smartphone

Samsung has just announced its new smartphone. Samsung SPH-M910 Intercept is positioned as an heir of Samsung Moment. It is also horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. At present moment this device runs Android 2.1. But it is expected that the version of operating system will be updated to 2.2 by the date of the release. It is expected that Samsung SPH-M910 Intercept will become available in Sprint mobile operator’s shops by the end of the next week.

This shape-factor, invented in China didn’t become popular. But some companies still produce such devices. As many other Chinese mobile phones Q8 supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz networks and has two SIM card slots. Other specifications of this device are 1.3 inch touch screen, 2 Mp camera, Bluetooth 2.0, MicroSD external memory card slot. The battery provides about 5 hour of talk time. The price of Q8 watchphone is $127.

Huawei G7002 budget touchphone

Recently O2 mobile operator launched new mobile phone that has been already available in its shops for $58 (without any contract). Huawei G7002 is budget touchphone equipped with 2.4 inch touchscreen display with 240x320px resolution, 1.3 Mp camera, Bluetooth, FM radio, microSD external memory card slot. The battery of this mobile phone has 1100 mAh capacity and provides about 12 hours of talk time.

Samsung Omnia HD 2 leaked

According to some sources Samsung is going to launch the heir of its popular Samsung GT-i8910 Omnia HD communicator. Samsung Omnia HD 2 has very similar design but its set of features looks even more impressive. This high-end smartphone runs on Symbian^3 operating system and is equipped with 4 inch capacitive Super AMOLED multi-touch capable screen, 16 or 32 GB internal storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, 12 Mp camera with HD video (1280x720px, 30 fps) recording support, accelerometer, motion sensor. Unfortunately there is no any information about release date and price.

SmartQ R7 E-Magine

SmartDevices company has just released its new device combining of MID, PMP and ereader. SmartQ R7 E-Magine features 600 MHz ARM 11 processor, 256 Mb DDR2 RAM and 7 inch touch screen with 800x600px resolution. Other specifications are 2 Gb internal storage, SD/SDHC external memory card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, 3G module. The list of supported extensions includes docs - PDF, EPUB, TXT, HTML, CHM, RTF, media - AVI, MKV（XVID/px/H.264), MOV, TS, M2TS, RM/RMVB, FLV, WMV, 3GP, MPEG, DAT, MP4. The battery has 3300 mAh capacity and provides up to 8 hour of work time.

Coming LG LU2300 Android phone

At last LG shared some official information about this mobile device. LG LU2300 belongs to smartphones class and runs on Google Android operating system. It is horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. Its list of specifications looks quite impressive – 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.5 inch AMOLED capacitive multi-touch screen with 480x800px resolution, 5 Mp camera with autofocus and geotagging, Wi-Fi. Bluetooth, GPS, DMB TV tuner. LG LU2300 will be released in Korea in May. In other countries this smartphone will become available some weeks later.

Philips Xenium X809 Dual SIM phone

Most of vendors have already released mobile phones supporting Dual SIM card mode. Philips is not exclusion. Recently it announced Philips Xenium X809. In addition to Dual SIM support this mobile phone features impressive battery life – 8 hours of talk time and more than 400 hours of idle mode. In other respects Philips Xenium X809 is typical middle-class touchphone. Philips Xenium X809 will become available next month.

LG GD880 Mini

This mobile phone was first shown at Mobile World Congress 2010. According to some sources it will become available in next few weeks. LG GD880 Mini is compact and stylish touchphone. It is equipped with 3.2 inch touchscreen display with 480х854px resolution, 5Mp camera, accelerometer, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, GPS, FM radio with RDS, 100 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot (up to 16Gb). LG is also going to launch Chinese versions of this phone - LG GD888. In contrast to original device this one supports TD-SCDMA networks standard. Other specifications are the same.

LG BL40 gets upgrade

LG Electronics has just launched new version of its popular mobile phone. The main feature of LG BL40 New Chocolate is its design. It case is decorated with gold patterns. The only difference between this device and original BL40 is that this one has 8 Mp camera instead of 5 Mp one. Other specifications of this phone are 4.0.1 inch capacitive touch screen with 345х800px resolution, 1 Gb built-in storage, microSD card slot, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, 3.5mm headphones jack, TV output.
