Sweety SoftBank 003P smartphone

Recently Panasonic announced its new mobile device that will be sold by Japanese SoftBank Mobile cell operator. Sweety SoftBank 003P is a smartphone designed especially for ladies. Three new Motorola's budget-class phones

Motorola has just announced three new budget-class mobile phones that will be sold by Boost Mobile cell operator. They are Motorola Clutch + i475, Motorola Theory, and Motorola i412.

Motorola Clutch + i475 is a monoblock device with landscape display with full QWERTY keyboard. Such shape-factor allows to position this phone as a device for those people who like chatting services. The device has Bluetooth, VGA camera, GPS, 2.5mm headphones jack. It is notable that the phone also supports walkie-talkie function. The price of Motorola Clutch + i475 is $100.

Motorola Theory has the same shape factor but looks a little bit more stylish. It is equipped with 2.4-inch display, 1.3MP camera, 2.5mm headphones jack, MicroSD external memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP. The phone supports iTap predictive text technology support. Motorola Theory will become available in June and will cost $80.

Motorola i412 is a clamshell phone equipped with Bluetooth 2.0 module, 0.3MP camera, GPS, 2.5mm headphones jack, MicroSD external memory card slot. One of features of this device is Push-to-Talk technology support. The price Motorola i412 is $70. The release will take place in June.

LG C310 budget QWERTY phone

The device is an heir of LG C300. In contrast to it LG C310 has better list of specifications and thinner body. Recently Fly announced its new mobile phone. Fly ST230 is a slider designed for ladies. It is decorated with smart patterns and looks quite elegant. The battery has 800mAh capacity and provides about 4 hours of talk time or 350 hours of standby one. The price of the Fly ST230 is $125.

Gigabyte GSmart Rola Dual-SIM smartphone

This smartphone has not been officially announced yet but some source have already published its pics and list of specifications. The main feature of Gigabyte GSmart Rola is Dual-SIM function support. In other respects it is quite typical entry-level smartphone. Gigabyte GSmart Rola is powered by Google’s Android 2.2 Froyo and is equipped with 528MHz processor, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, 3.2-inch resistive touch screen with 240x400px resolution, MicroSD external memory card slot, 3MP camera, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, accelerometer, compass, FM radio, 1260mAh battery. Gigabyte GSmart Rola will become available in the beginning of 2011 and will cost about EUR175.

LG P520 Dual-SIM touchphone

Recently LG Electronics announced its new mobile phone. LG P520 is a touchphone featuring Dual-SIM function support. Other specifications are quite usual for other entry-level phones of the same class. This phone has 2.8-inch screen with 240x400px resolution, 15MB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot (up to 4GB cards are supported), 2MP camera, FM tuner, Bluetooth, GPS. The list of pre-installed software includes special app that provides quick access to Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and other local popular social networks. The battery of this device has 1500mAh capacity and provides about 9 hour of talk time or 17 days of standby time. LG P520 measures 109x56x13mm and weights 120g. No word about exact release date and price.

T-Mobile Vibe E200 cheap QWERTY phone

British T-Mobile operator has just announced its new affordable device. The producer of this device is Chinese ZTE Corporation but it will be sold as T-Mobile Vibe E200. It is a horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard. The device supports GSM/GPRS network standards and is equipped with 2.8-inch capacitive touch screen with 240x400px resolution, 2MP camera, MicroSD external memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. There is a pre-installed media player that supports such extensions as MP3, AMR, WAV, iMelody, Midi, AWB, M4A, MP4 and 3GP. The dimensions of the device are 108.6x53.0x14.6mm. T-Mobile Vibe E200 will become available in next few days and will cost just £39.99 (about $65).

Toshiba Regza IS04

Japanese KDDI mobile operator has just announced new line of mobile devices that will become available in its shops in next few weeks. One of these gadgets is Toshiba Regza IS04. The main feature of this smartphone running on Google Android 2.1 Éclair is 12MP camera with LED flash. Other specifications are usual for high-end smartphones – 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 4-inch capacitive touch screen with 480x854px resolution, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, MicroSD external memory card slot. Toshiba Regza IS04 will be launched in December. It is also expected that European version of this mobile device will become available some months later after Japanese release. No word about pricing.

Sonim XP1300 Core rugged phone

Sonim has just announced its new rugged device. Sonim XP1300 Core is a monoblock device with rubberized case that makes this mobile phone water, dust, scratches and temperature (-20ºC - +55ºC) resistant. As for technical specifications Sonim XP1300 Core mobile phone has 2-inch display covered with Gorilla Glass, Bluetooth, MicroSD external memory card slot. Like Q400 it also supports Dual-SIM mode. This device supports GSM 900/1800 MHz network standards and has landscape screen with 220x176px resolution, 0.3MP camera, Bluetooth 2.1, FM radio, MicroSD external memory card slot, 3.5mm headphones jack.

Samsung S8530 Wave II

Samsung has just announced an heir of its ‘flagship’ Bada-smartphone – Samsung S8530 Wave II. There is no much difference between this device and the first Wave phone – 3.7 inch Super LCD capacitive touch screen with 800x480px resolution instead of 3.3 inch Super AMOLED display. There are also some changes in device’s software. Other specifications are the same – 1GHz processor, 5Mp camera with LED flash and HD video recording support, 2GB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, 3.5mm headphones jack, 1500 mAh battery. Samsung S8530 Wave II will become available in Europe in November and will cost EUR430.

India subdivision of Fly has just officially announced new Fly MV135 Harmony phone that is positioned as budget-class device designed for young people. This phone supports GSM/EDGE 900/1800MHz networks and is equipped with 2.4 inch TFT display with 240x320px resolution, 2MP camera, Bluetooth, FM radio, 10MB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot (up to 8GB). The battery of this phone has 1050 mAh capacity and provides about 10.5 hour of talk time or 100 hours of idle. The dimensions are 115x51x14mm, the weight is 91g.

LG XOXO touchphone

LG has just officially announced its new mobile phone. The main feature of this device is its display that is said to be as good as iPhone’s Retina ones. This screen has 3.8 inch diagonal and supports 1024x480px resolution and a quick math shows that the screen’s pixels per inch (PPI) comes to around 298, which is not as good as the iPhone 4’s Retina Display but better than most smartphones in the market. At first this device will become available only in South Korea. But in near future in will become available in other countries.

Coming T-Mobile G2 Android slider

It is expected that soon T-Mobile will announce a heir of G1 smartphone. T-Mobile G2 is also produced by HTC and will be also sold as HTC Desire Z. Indian Bright Telecom has just announced G-fone 468 mobile phone. This budget-class device features QWERTY keyboard and Dual-SIM function support. It is also known that it is equipped with 2 inch TFT screen with 220x176px resolution, 0.3 Mp camera, Bluetooth, FM radio, FM radio with podcasts recording support, 1200 mAh battery. The price of G-fone 468 is only $65.

Samsung has just announced new Galaxy series device. Unfortunately at first Samsung i909 communicator will be available only in China. In other countries it will be released some weeks later. This device is equipped with 4 inch display with WVGA resolution, GPS module, Bluetooth 3.0, 5 Mp camera, 16 GB internal storage, MicroSD external memory card slot. The operating system is Google’s Android 2.1. The dimensions are 123х64.2х10.8mm, the weight is 121g.

Samsung Intercept Android smartphone

Samsung has just announced its new smartphone. Samsung SPH-M910 Intercept is positioned as an heir of Samsung Moment. It is also horizontal slider with full QWERTY keyboard.
