Alcatel OT-808 QWERTY phone

Alcatel has just unveiled its new mobile phone. Its main features are shape factor and design. Alcatel OT-808 clamshell phone has square case and full QWERTY keyboard. As for technical characteristics this mobile device has 2.4 inch screen with 320x240 px resolution, external 1.1 inch OLED screen with 128x36 px resolution, 2 Mp camera, Bluetooth, microSD memory card slot, and FM radio. Alcatel OT-808 has been already approved by Bluetooth SIG. It will cost $125 and will become available in next few weeks.

FSL F718 MID

Chinese FSL company released its new device which is positioned as MID but it seems that it is closer to tablet computers. FSL F718 measures 195x127x21 mm and weights 700 g. It is based on 1.2 GHz VIA C7 processor and runs on Windows XP operating system. It is also equipped with 7 inch touch screen with 800x600 px resolution, 1 Gb RAM, 32 Gb SSD, 1.3 Mp webcam, Wi-Fi, 3G module, 3.5 mm headphones jack, and two USB 2.0 ports. The battery has 3000 mAh capacity and provides about 5 hours of work time. The price of FSL F718 is $586.

Two Dual-SIM phones by FLY

Today FLY announced its new mobile phones. Both Fly DS185 and Fly SL 140DS support Dual SIM card mode. Fly DS185 is budget mobile device with GSM/GPRS networks support. It is equipped with 2.2 inch screen with 176x220 px resolution and 65K colors, 2 Mp camera, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, FM radio with RDS, torch, microSD memory card slot (up to 16 Gb). The list of pre-installed applications includes media player that supports MP3, WAV, MIDI, AMR audio extensions. Fly DS185 will become available by the end of the next months and will cost $113.In contrast to DS185 this mobile phone is slider. As for technical characteristics Fly SL 140DS has 1.3 Mp camera with autofocus, microSD memory card slot (up to 2 Gb) and Bluetooth module. This phone measures 94x48x14.1 mm and weights 85g. The battery has 750 mAh capacity and provides about 3 hours of talk time. Fly SL 140DS will be released in March and will cost $96.

Chinese SciPhone WG3 communicator

SciPhone is one of a few Chinese companies who produce not only clones but original devices with impressive set of functions and characteristics. SciPhone WG3 runs on Google Android operating system and is equipped with 3.2 inch touch screen, 1.3 Mp camera with autofocus, 0.3 Mp front camera for video calls, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth, microSD memory card slot, TV tuner and GPS module. Unfortunately there is no any information about price and release date.

Qisda QCM-330 Android phone

Almost nobody knows Qisda company. But it seems that this situation will change. In next few weeks Vodafone will release Qisda QCM-330 mobile phone. It has monoblock shape and stylish design. This device has GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, 3 Mp camera, accelerometer and supports 3.5G networks and HSDPA standard. But the main feature of this phone is its screen. It has 4 inch diagonal and 1280x1024 pixels resolution. Another notable fact is that this device runs on Google Android operating system. Unfortunately there is no word about price.
